First backup your game then using the DOS utility DEBUG type the following at the DOS prompt:
ren bh.exe cheater.cht
debug

mov dxes
add dx1000
mov esdx

r ip

n cheater.cht

Then type:
w
q
Then reh3 CHEATER.CHT back to its previous h3.
