Unlimited Bankroll
At the Team Edit screen press L1 L2 R1 R2 Circle X Square Triangle Start Select.
Unlimited Player Attributes
At the Player Edit screen highlight any of the attributes and press L1 L2 R1 R2 Square Square Up Circle.
Superstar Players
At the Team Management screen select Transfers then press L2 L1 R2 R1 Square Triangle Up Down Left Right Select.
Super Players
Reh3 any player to any of the following:
