Get Stage Zero - Go to the title screen of Panzer Dragoon original and press UP, UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, L, R. Now you MUST shoot enemies to get health back
