Full health:
Hold L R X and press Down3, A, Up2, Down, Up, A during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry.
Reload ammunition for current gun:
Hold L R X and press Right2, Down, Up, Left, Right, Left2, A during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry.
Refill ranged weapon ammunition:
Hold L R X and press Left2, Up, Down, Right, Left, Right2, A during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry.
Shotgun with full ammunition:
Hold L R X and press Left3, Down3 during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry.
All items and weapons except for Gonzo Gun:
Hold L R X and press Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, A, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up, Right, Down, Left, A, Down3, A2 during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry.
Grenades:

Choosing morality:
Have a saved game file from The Suffering on your hard drive. When starting a new game you will be able to select your morality depending on how you completed the original The Suffering good, evil, or neutral. |
